Home Care Healthcare Recruiter

Addus HomeCare, Inc., a mission-driven leader in home and community-based services, is seeking a Home Care Location Recruiter to support caregiver hiring for our local operations. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard caregivers and field staff to ensure consistent, quality in-home care for seniors and vulnerable individuals. You will manage job postings, community outreach, interviews, and hiring, while maintaining strict compliance and delivering a positive candidate experience that reflects our values of compassion, respect, and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit caregivers and home care staff for assigned locations
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and hiring decisions with local managers
• Manage job postings, job boards, and community outreach to build candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring activity and timelines
• Partner with operations and scheduling teams to understand and meet staffing needs
• Represent Addus Home
• Care at job fairs and community events
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with mission and values
