High-Volume Frontline Recruiter

ABM Industries is hiring a Frontline Recruiter to attract, interview, and hire hourly staff for essential facility services across commercial, healthcare, education, aviation, and industrial sites. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume janitorial, engineering support, parking, and other frontline positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, coordinate hiring events, maintain accurate ATS records, and ensure a positive candidate experience while championing ABM's culture of safety, inclusion, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen frontline candidates for janitorial, engineering, parking, aviation, and healthcare support roles
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate hiring events to meet staffing targets
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job postings
• Manage applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate candidate records and compliance
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements for new hires
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through community outreach and referrals
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
• Promote ABM's culture of safety, inclusion, and recognition in all candidate interactions
