The Role

• Customer order intake and technical consultation
• Support with diagnostic procedures and fault finding
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Scheduling and planning workshop appointments
• Handling warranty and goodwill claims
• Processing customer complaints
• Ensuring work completion and final vehicle acceptance
• Calculating cost estimates and obtaining customer approval for repairs

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Service Advisor or a technical apprenticeship in the automotive industry
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured, customer-oriented, and flexible working style
• Strong negotiation skills and high level of commitment
• Pronounced customer and service orientation
