The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, handling inquiries in person and via phone.
• Coordinate and prepare appointments for vehicle service and repairs.
• Create repair orders, estimate costs, and conduct technical clarifications for customer issues.
• Manage claims and warranty processes.
• Support customer acquisition efforts and collaborate with the workshop to assign tasks to technicians.
• Liaise closely with the workshop management.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
• Qualification as a workshop master or certified service advisor is a plus.
• Some relevant professional experience in service consulting is desirable.
• Proficiency with IT systems including MS Office and SAP.
• A self-motivated, customer-oriented approach with strong decision-making skills and flexibility.
• High commitment and teamwork ability.
