Workday Config SME (Learning & Recruiting) -- 100% Remote -- 1099/W2

Job Title:  Workday Config SME - Learning and Recruiting Experience
Location: Remote
We need a strong Workday SME resource with extensive hands-on configuration experience across both Learning and Recruiting. Given the breadth of the processes we support in these areas, the ideal resource should be able to operate independently, troubleshoot complex configuration issues, and provide practical guidance on design and best practices.
Please prioritize candidates with:

• Deep Workday Learning configuration experience
• Deep Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including recruiting and onboarding processes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and downstream impacts
• Proven experience supporting complex Workday environments and production issues
• Relevant Workday certifications, particularly in Learning and Recruiting, if available

Certifications would be helpful in validating the candidate’s depth of expertise, but strong, demonstrable hands-on experience in both functional areas is essential.
