Summary:
Seeking a Workstation Technician to support workstation deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair activities. The role involves coordinating hardware and software setup, scheduling installations, providing break/fix support, and delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant workstation/desktop support experience
• Experience with on-site installation and deployment activities
• Experience with technical installation and configuration support
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair support (break/fix)
• Strong customer service skills (minimum 2 years)
• Valid driver's license

Qualification:

• High School Diploma
