TreeServe, through our
JL Tree Care operation in
Fairfax, VA is growing and looking for a driven, knowledgeable Sales Arborist who doesn’t wait for opportunities—they create them. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess tree and plant health needs, and recommend solutions that protect and enhance their property. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role with strong earning potential and the opportunity to build your own book of business.

~ Conduct property inspections and evaluate tree and plant health
Close sales by showcasing the value and long-term benefits of TreeServe’s services
Actively prospect, network, and generate your own opportunities
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided equipment
Develop and grow your own client base and referral network
Represent TreeServe and JL Tree with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Strong knowledge of trees, pests, diseases, and plant health care
Comfort with prospecting and relationship-building
Existing client base or referral network in the Fairfax/DC Market is a strong plus
Ability to utilize a CRM system
Love meeting new people and helping solve real problems
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in residential sales, pest control, plant health care, arboriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred.

Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends
