Mechanical Project Manager – Residential MEP Location: London<br />Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + Package<br />Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are working with a growing and highly reputable MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in residential MEP construction, who has successfully managed mechanical packages valued up to £15 million. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major residential projects, managing the mechanical package from pre-construction and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical packages valued up to £15 million.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and resources.
• Lead mechanical subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with consultants and other MEP disciplines.
• Manage design development, technical submissions and RFIs.
• Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships.
• Monitor commercial performance, variations and project risks.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant specifications, quality and H&amp;S requirements. About You The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within MEP construction.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale residential projects in London.
• Experience managing mechanical packages of up to £15 million.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, ventilation, plumbing and public health systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement, commissioning and handover.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Relevant mechanical/building services qualifications are desirable. What's on Offer?
