Role overview
Design, develop, and deliver enterprise training for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Create engaging e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions that align with adult learning principles and organizational goals.

Location and work arrangement
- Ocoee, FL – onsite, 5 days per week (no relocation or remote options)
- Local candidates only who can reliably commute

Interview process
- Round 1: Web interview
- Final: Mandatory in-person interview in Ocoee, FL (candidate expense)

Experience
- 3+ years in instructional design, technical training, and course development

What you’ll do
- Design end-to-end learning solutions using ADDIE/SAM, from needs analysis through evaluation
- Develop interactive e-learning (Articulate 360: Storyline, Rise) and multimedia assets (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Build instructor-led and virtual instructor-led curricula, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, slide decks, and participant materials
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support tools
- Produce clear storyboards, scripts, and prototypes; iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with SMEs and project stakeholders to capture content and ensure accuracy
- Configure, publish, and manage courses within an LMS; ensure proper tracking and reporting
- Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and rubrics; measure learning effectiveness
- Ensure deliverables meet accessibility, style, and quality standards; conduct QA across devices/browsers
- Facilitate or support training delivery as needed

Required skills
- Instructional design and curriculum development grounded in adult learning principles
- E-learning authoring with Articulate 360; strong MS Office skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for multimedia learning assets
- Experience with LMS publishing and course management
- Strong storyboarding, writing, and visual communication
- Effective SME collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Onsite availability in Ocoee, FL, 5 days/week

Preferred skills
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and learning analytics
- Accessibility best practices (e.g., Section 508/WCAG)
- Video/audio production and basic motion graphics
- Experience delivering ILT/VILT using platforms like Teams, Zoom, or Webex
- Kirkpatrick/Phillips evaluation methods and ROI reporting
- Public sector or large enterprise training experience
