Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst (US-Based)

Location: Remote/NYC (and surrounding areas

Duration: 05 months + possible extension Contract

 

 

Resource 1: Senior Technical Analyst (US-Based)

Role Overview

Support configuration, build, validation, release, and operational activities for the Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x platform. Responsible for deployment resources, Agilent Instrument Controllers (AICs), troubleshooting, and post-release support.

Responsibilities

  • Support OL CDS platform architecture design.
  • Request and configure AWS cloud resources.
  • Manage daily activities of OL CDS deployment resources.
  • Provide point-of-contact and technical support for:
    • Agilent Instrument Controllers (AICs)
    • PCS image build and use
    • AIC/PCS deployment troubleshooting
    • Instrument connection troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Merck project teams to support AIC migration activities.
  • Author and execute test scripts and maintain SDLC documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with core and extended teams.

Required Experience

  • Microsoft and AWS infrastructure/services experience.
  • 5+ years supporting Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) supporting pharmaceutical R&D environments.
  • Experience leading or supervising small teams.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting UAT.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel to Rahway and West Point for onsite work.

  • IQ/OQ documentation and training material development.
