Description
Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer II, where you will lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce incidents in a hybrid work environment. 
This contract position requires expertise in automation and observability within complex enterprise settings. 
You will be instrumental in transforming traditional support functions into data-driven reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of reliability engineering strategies. Automate processes to improve system resilience and reduce recovery time. Design and apply observability practices to monitor and enhance system performance. Implement frameworks to manage service level objectives and error budgets. Collaborate with senior executives to redefine reliability metrics and funding. Qualifications
8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or related field. Proven track record of leading SRE transformations in large enterprises.

Experience in developing and applying SLO/SLI frameworks at scale. Demonstrated ability to reduce incidents and operational toil effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex environments. Core Technologies
