The Role • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime. • Oversee inventory, track equipment, and manage logistics for system components. • Assist in implementing build processes, configuration management, and quality control. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration, testing, and deployment. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system processes and configurations. • Support regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring. What You'll Need • Degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, or related technical fields. • Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults. • Experience in inventory or stores processing and equipment tracking. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and reporting.
