Job Description

Systems Engineer | Leominster, United Kingdom | Remote | £30,400.00-£35,800.00

We are hiring for a leading national defence consultancy with a strong reputation for supporting mission-critical projects that ensure UK National Security. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience with advanced technology and system infrastructures.

The Role

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.
  • Oversee inventory, track equipment, and manage logistics for system components.
  • Assist in implementing build processes, configuration management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system processes and configurations.
  • Support regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

What You'll Need

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults.
  • Experience in inventory or stores processing and equipment tracking.
