The Role

• Prospect for new business opportunities and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct thorough property inspections (interior and exterior) to identify pest issues.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention to commercial clients.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Utilize provided sales tools and technology to prepare agreements and maintain organization.
• Prioritize safety and professionalism in all customer interactions and responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company paid).
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients.
