Location: Manchester/Bristol , Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior stakeholders, shape business solutions, and drive successful delivery across high-profile change initiatives. This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects where you'll influence strategy, improve business processes, and bridge the gap between business and technology.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead business analysis activities across end-to-end transformation projects.
  • Gather, challenge and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
  • Analyse and document current and future state business processes.
  • Produce high-quality user stories, functional specifications and process maps.
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the key link between business and technical teams.
  • Develop business cases and support solution design.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain robust project documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience leading business analysis on large-scale change or transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience with business process modelling techniques and BA tools.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • CBAP or BCS Business Analysis qualification is desirable.
