We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to design and build scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.

\n\n

Must-Have Skills:

\n

• 8+ years of enterprise application development

\n

• C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core

\n

• Angular or React

\n

• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML & CSS

\n

• REST API design and development

\n

• SQL Server and/or Oracle

\n

• Git and modern source control

\n

• CI/CD and automated deployments

\n

• Docker & Docker Compose

\n

• Container-based development environments

\n

• Application architecture, design patterns & security

\n

• Technical leadership, code reviews & mentoring

\n\n

Preferred Experience:

\n

• Manufacturing systems / MES

\n

• Industrial IoT (IIoT) & shop-floor connectivity

\n

• OPC UA, MQTT, Kepware & PLC-connected equipment

\n

• Kubernetes & container orchestration

\n

• Cloud, event-driven architecture & messaging technologies

\n

• Generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings & LLM APIs

\n\n

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

\n

This is a hands-on technical lead role, so candidates should have strong recent production coding experience—not just team or project management experience
