RPA UiPath Developer

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath development, Orchestrator, REFramework, APIs, and intelligent automation, along with exposure to AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Studio Web.
\n
• Develop and maintain attended, unattended, and scheduled bots.
\n
• Build workflows using UiPath Orchestrator and REFramework.
\n
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditing.
\n
• Integrate UiPath with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, applications, and cloud services.
\n
• Develop reusable workflows, components, libraries, and automation frameworks.
\n
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance.
\n
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and develop automation solutions.
\n
• Prepare technical documentation, process documents, and workflow diagrams.
\n
• Follow enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
\n

AI / Intelligent Automation

\n
• Work with UiPath AI Center, Autopilot, Document Understanding, Action Center, and Communications Mining.
\n
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and AI services into automation workflows.
\n
• Develop intelligent automation and Agentic AI solutions.
\n
• Use prompt engineering and AI orchestration techniques.
\n
• Support human-in-the-loop workflows and responsible AI practices.
\n

Required / Preferred Skills

• Strong UiPath development experience.
\n
• UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.
\n
• REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns.
\n
• REST/SOAP APIs and SQL.
\n
• Document Understanding, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
\n
• AI Center, Autopilot, GenAI, LLM, or Agentic AI experience.
\n
• C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
\n
• Cloud platforms and CI/CD concepts.
\n
• Agile/Scrum experience.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
