ITSM Platform Developer (Ivanti Neurons)

Job Summary

We are looking for an ITSM Platform Developer with experience configuring, developing, and supporting enterprise ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus may also be considered.

The candidate will work with business and technical teams to develop workflows, forms, business rules, service catalogs, dashboards, reports, automation, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Ivanti ITSM / ITSM platform.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Support Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Use SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and platform issues.
• Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and deployment instructions.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and ITSM platform changes.
• Work with PMs, BAs, QA, developers, business users, and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support production issues, releases, and other platform-related activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with an enterprise ITSM platform.
• 2+ years of experience with at least one of the following:
  • Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons
  • ServiceNow
  • BMC
  • Jira Service Management
  • ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes such as:
  • Incident Management
  • Service Request Management
  • Change/Release Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Catalog
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM/ITAM.
• Strong SQL skills; SSRS experience is a plus.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platform integrations and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
