The Role

• Prospect for new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing effective pest management strategies.
• Clearly explain proposed solutions, address customer questions, and set expectations for service delivery.
• Utilize provided sales tools, including an iPad and sales software, to manage agreements and maintain organization.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
