The Role

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits within a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for various service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in related service industries.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
