Job Description
- Process engineering knowledge like Lean Six Sigma (Wastes and process variations), 5S, PFEP (planning ofr every part, Kanban etc).
- Production line design experience (manual, semi-auto & auto), defines maturing strategy depending on volumes and selects the best technology to suite the reqmt.
- Know how labor routing works and is defined.
- Technical documentation of process - Work instructions, Standard operating procedures, ABRAs etc.
- Knowledge of AutoCad, FlexSIM (or equivalent simulation software), SAP, and MS office.
