Process Engineer 3

Location: Richmond, VA 23231 – Onsite
Duration: 10/12/2026 – 10/11/2027

Job Summary:
Avanciers seeking a Process Engineer 3 with 5+ years of manufacturing experience to develop, optimize, and implement production processes. The role will focus on process improvement, production methods, equipment performance, cycle time, cost reduction, quality, and new process/equipment implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop production process sequences, methods, cycle times, equipment requirements, and material/component plans.
Lead process improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
Support process/equipment startup, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and lead testing/approval activities.
Ensure processes meet project targets for cost, quality, timing, and equipment investment.
Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams and provide technical training/support.

Required/Preferred Skills:

5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience
Lean Six Sigma & 5S
AutoCAD & SolidWorks
SAP or similar ERP
Microsoft Office
Strong experience with production processes, equipment, cycle-time optimization, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
