Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience developing systems using a structured SDLC methodology
• Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level leadership
• Ability to gather data through diverse methods (e.g., interviews, observations, surveys, and existing documentation) and interpret relevant information
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio
• Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
• Experience with UI Design
• Experience with testing, training, and user support
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, and recommend process improvements
• 4-year college degree or equivalent study under the direction of the Business Analyst Team Supervisor or designated Project Leader
