Job Description

We are seeking an experienced nCino Business Analyst with strong nCino and Salesforce expertise to support enterprise banking and digital lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lending operations, requirements gathering, data mapping, integrations, testing, and process improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on nCino and Salesforce experience.
• nCino Administrator Certification Required.
• Strong Commercial or Consumer Lending domain experience.
• Deep knowledge of the nCino platform with the ability to independently manage workstreams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.
• Experience with data mapping, ETL, system integration, and SQL validation.
• Strong experience with UAT, regression testing, release management, and change management.
• Knowledge of lending workflows, credit operations, compliance, and risk controls.

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification.
