HR Business Partner (2 years FTC)

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Serve as the primary HR representative to operations management, supporting Team Leads and Area Managers. • Manage employee cases and support investigations in accordance with local legislation. • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the workplace environment and employee engagement. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute engagement programs and HR projects. • Analyze data related to attrition, attendance, and workforce management to provide insights. What You'll Need • Previous experience in HR-related roles. • High proficiency in Polish and English (speaking and writing). • Practical knowledge of Polish labor code. • Experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
