Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment, staffing, payroll outsourcing, and HR services.
- Meet HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CXOs, and business leaders to generate new business opportunities.
- Present the company's recruitment, staffing, payroll, and corporate training solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term service agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
- Track sales pipeline using CRM and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the company's corporate network.
- Work closely with management to develop growth strategies for HR outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong corporate sales and business development experience.
- Understanding of recruitment, staffing, payroll, and HR outsourcing services.
- Ability to close high-value B2B contracts.
- Knowledge of service agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and commercial negotiations.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
- MBA (HR/Marketing) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment agency sales, staffing, payroll outsourcing, or HR consulting.
- Existing network with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers is an added advantage.
- Number of new corporate clients acquired per month.
- Revenue generated from recruitment and payroll services.
- Number of recruitment mandates secured.
- Payroll outsourcing contracts signed.
- Client retention and repeat business.
- Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.
