Position Overview:

ATI designs and deploys automation systems for industrial and automotive manufacturing customers. As ATI's production and customer footprint grows, we are hiring a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst/Coordinator to own the end-to-end tactical purchasing scope, including material orders, supplier onboarding, deliveries and inventory management, as well as indirect purchasing.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Orders: Create and manage direct and indirect material purchase orders, maintain PO log and close out completed orders.
• Delivery Tracking & Expediting: Monitor open orders against need by dates, proactively follow up on late shipments, flag at-risk deliveries and maintain material trackers.
• Supplier Setup & Maintenance: Onboard new suppliers, maintain supplier records and terms, and manage basic qualification paperwork, NDAs etc.
• HQ Inventory Ownership: Receive and sort material deliveries, ensure stockroom accuracy and reporting, maintain physical space and material info on the inventory tracker; serve as the gatekeeper of the inventory management tool.
• Material Reporting: Produce recurring shortage reports, open-PO status updates, inventory valuation/aging reports, and KPI dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Indirect Procurement: Manage indirect material orders, including sensors, laptops, office suppliers and other purchases, support in resolving shortages.
• Support in RFQ creation to prospective suppliers and manage competitive quoting
• Managing vendor and part data integrity in Arena PLM

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or a related operations role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in spreadsheets and inventory/ERP-adjacent tools 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating across engineering, sales, and manufacturing stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in Woburn, MA
