The Role • Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals while upholding performance standards. • Support store management in training and developing a high-performing sales team. • Enforce company policies and practices, providing coaching and accountability to associates. • Assume responsibility for all opening and closing duties, and manage daily store operations in the absence of store management. • Oversee Loss Prevention practices and effectively communicate store needs to management. • Deliver an engaging, full-service customer experience and resolve customer issues efficiently. What You'll Need • Prior retail sales experience is preferred. • Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • A genuine desire to succeed in a dynamic retail setting. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
