ServiceNow Consultant

Position: ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant CMDB / Asset / ITSM Remote
Duration: Approx. 4 Months Part-Time Project
Location: 100% Remote

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• Expertise in CMDB and Asset Management
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Experience with Service Catalog / Catalog Items
• Experience with Employee Center Portal, Knowledge & Reporting
• Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations
• Strong experience with Active Directory / SSO
• Experience with Intune asset population/integration
• Experience with greenfield ServiceNow implementations
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently as a ServiceNow SME

Project Scope includes:

• ITSM implementation using out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality
• CMDB / Asset implementation
• Request Management and Catalog configuration
• Third-party Incident/Request/Change queues
• Active Directory and SSO integration
• Intune asset integration
• Greenfield ServiceNow implementation with no legacy data migration
