Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for the Spiff platform, including troubleshooting calculation errors, data sync issues, and user access problems
- Manage and maintain integrations between Spiff and Salesforce (and other source systems such as HRIS/payroll)
- Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to configure, test, and roll out new commission plans, rules, and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR on commission-related data accuracy (new hires, role changes, terminations)
- Monitor data feeds and reconcile discrepancies between Salesforce, Spiff, and payroll/finance systems
- Document processes, configurations, and enhancement requests
- Support UAT and rollout of new features, plan changes, or system upgrades
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spiff-related IT support tickets
