Healthcare Project Manager

Job Requirements: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches while maintaining accountability for project outcomes, timelines, quality, and business value.

Lead cross-functional project teams comprised of business stakeholders technical resources, third-party vendors, consultants, and contracted resources.

Develop and execute project plans, delivery roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and governance strategies aligned to business objectives.

Provide clear, concise, and executive-level communication regarding project status, risks, issues, dependencies, key decisions, and recommendations.

Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans and facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and Steering Committee meetings. 

Apply Agile principles and practices as appropriate, facilitating team ceremonies and planning activities to promote efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, governance standards, reporting requirements, and project management best practices.

Manage project change requests, implementation planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support coordination Lead organizational readiness activities and partner with stakeholders to support adoption of project deliverablesConduct post-project reviews and facilitate Lessons Learned sessions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Regular and reliable attendance is required

Qualifications RequirementsTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily Education Experience: 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives; Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and organizational impact. Certifications: Project Management Professional certification preferred; Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365 applications
