Architectural Project Manager

Job Type: Full Time Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Our client is currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Architectural Project Manager to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly skilled in Revit, and has experience managing and producing technical documentation across a variety of project types, with an emphasis on life science or laboratory operations planning.

• Manage 1-3 direct reports while participating in the production of Revit documentation and drawings -Independently produce, review, and coordinate construction documents for new construction and renovation -Participate in all phases of design, from concept development and technical detailing to construction administration -Serve as a point of contact for client communications and on-site coordination during project execution Must have 4+ years of professional experience in architectural project management and technical document production.
