Outside HVAC Sales Engineer
Location:
Chicago, Downtown
Hours:
Full-time.
We’re looking for an experienced Applied Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Chicago territory.
What You’ll Do:

• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory
• Provide applied HVAC solutions, including equipment selection, system design support, and technical expertise
• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers, and other key accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-performance solutions
• Support project lifecycle from specification through execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC applied sales, systems design, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Proven ability to build relationships and close business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
