Location: Remote (EST/CST)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to support a variety of Information Technology, Engineering, and Telecommunications projects. This role is responsible for the coordinated planning, execution, and delivery of an extensive project portfolio. The position serves as a central point of coordination across engineering, operations, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and delivered in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a consolidated project portfolio, which includes new network deployments, video/voice projects, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain executive roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and portfolio reporting.
• Lead project prioritization and resource allocation to ensure team members are on track.
• Plan and define projects, document steps, and assemble comprehensive project plans using tools like Jira.
• Coordinate with the PMO team, Engineering, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
• Support infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery, and technology refresh programs.
• Ensure operational readiness through implementation planning, documentation, testing, and training.
• Lead project closeout activities, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years leading complex infrastructure or technology programs, with a technical background as a telecom technician, network administrator, or engineer. Experience within ISP, MSO, telecommunications, or enterprise technology organizations is required.

Technical Skills: Project and program management experience with a strong emphasis on resource allocation and prioritization. Proficiency with Jira is required. Candidates should have a working familiarity with data center infrastructure, fiber broadband (FTTH/PON), OSS/BSS, and network infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Additional certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, Scrum Master, CCNA/CCNP, AWS, Azure, or VMware.
