We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) Migration Program Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale Microsoft ecosystem migration as part of a corporate IT separation and divestiture. This individual will serve as the primary accountability point between Motion Industries, the System Integrator (Infosys), Microsoft, business stakeholders, and the Separation PMO, driving execution from assessment through final hypercare and TSA exit activities. The migration includes Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, identity services, integrations, and organizational change management for a global user population.

This role is responsible for ensuring all workstreams remain aligned to legal separation timelines, migration waves, governance requirements, acceptance criteria, and business readiness objectives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, vendor accountability, testing, cutover, and stabilization activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead the end-to-end Microsoft T2T migration program across four phases:
• Assess & Plan
• Design & Setup
• Migrate & Validate
• Cutover & Hypercare
• Establish and maintain integrated program governance, including:
• Steering committees
• Executive updates
• RAID management
• Dependency management
• Change Control Board participation
• Architecture review governance 
• Own integrated program schedules across all technical workstreams, ensuring milestone achievement against separation deadlines and contractual commitments. 
• Drive acceptance-gate management and coordinate formal approvals for:
• Assessment deliverables
• Design documentation
• Pilot migrations
• Testing completion
• UAT signoff
• Cutover readiness
• Go-live approval
• Hypercare closure 

Vendor & System Integrator Management

• Serve as the primary counterpart to Infosys program leadership.
• Hold the SI accountable for:
• Scope delivery
• Resource commitments
• Milestone achievement
• Quality standards
• Defect remediation
• Hypercare obligations
• Track contract deliverables, payment milestones, and acceptance criteria tied to the SOW.
• Manage escalations across Infosys, Microsoft, Motion, and GPC stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier activities remain aligned with contractual obligations and project objectives.

Provide program leadership for migration of:

• Oversee migration of approximately 500 Azure resources across multiple subscriptions.
• Coordinate Azure landing zone readiness.
• Ensure:

• Post-migration stabilization activities

Integration Management

• Manage migration-related dependencies across approximately 70 integrations, APIs, connectors, pipelines, and Azure Integration Services components. 
• Coordinate:

• Authentication changes
• Connector remediation
• Integration testing
• Business validation activities
• Ensure all integrations are successfully validated end-to-end prior to cutover and final acceptance.

Testing, Cutover & Hypercare

• Lead:
• SIT
• Regression Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• UAT
• Defect governance
• Coordinate migration wave planning, pilot migrations, validation activities, and production cutovers.
• Manage go/no-go readiness reviews and executive decision forums.
• Oversee hypercare execution and stabilization activities for all migration waves, ensuring:
• Zero Sev-1 defects
• Zero Sev-2 defects
• Hypercare acceptance criteria are met before closure

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Partner with business and OCM resources to drive:

• Change impact assessments
• Stakeholder analysis
• Executive communications
• Communication calendars
• Site readiness reviews
• Business readiness tracking
• Training documentation
• Train-the-trainer activities
• Adoption and readiness metrics

Separation & TSA Readiness

• Serve as primary liaison to the Separation PMO.
• Track TSA-related dependencies and transition milestones.
• Ensure migration activities align to Day 1 separation requirements and TSA exit objectives.
• Coordinate business readiness, operational readiness, and post-separation stabilization activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience leading large enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft migration programs.
• Direct experience managing at least one large-scale Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration.
• Experience with corporate separations, divestitures, carve-outs, or TSA-driven migrations.
• Demonstrated success managing large System Integrators and complex vendor relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading migrations exceeding 10,000 users.
• Experience managing Microsoft migration tools such as Quest On Demand and ShareGate.
• Experience working alongside Microsoft FastTrack, Microsoft Consulting, or Global System Integrators.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, identity governance, and enterprise security architectures.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Experience working within Fortune 500 enterprise environments.
