• Drive new business development through prospecting and assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention and control.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad, for sales agreements and organization.
• Achieve sales goals by effectively communicating solutions and setting customer expectations.

• *What You'll Need**
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license, with company support.
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and access various property types.
• Ability to safely use ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
