Sr. Data Scientist

Role: Sr Data Scientist

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Design and support data pipelines, APIs, and data integration processes supporting Conversational AI products.
Validate, troubleshoot, and monitor data flows across multiple systems and platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for operational and business stakeholders.
Analyze outbound outreach performance, engagement, conversion, and operational metrics to drive product improvements.
Partner with engineering teams and third-party vendors to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
Develop scalable analytics solutions and reporting frameworks to support pilot, production, and expansion efforts.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude-first workflows, to improve development speed and efficiency while maintaining coding quality standards.
Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Experience

5+ years of Data Science experience.
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
Experience building data pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
Experience working with machine learning, statistical analysis, data engineering, and visualization tools.
Preferred Experience

BigQuery experience.
Claude or AI-assisted coding workflows.
Healthcare, care management, or clinical analytics experience.
Experience with large structured and unstructured datasets.
NLP experience a plus.
