We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online & Power Platform Solution Architect/Developer supporting a Federal project. The position is remote.

Recommended:

  • 7+ years overall Microsoft application/platform experience
  • 5+ years Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online experience
  • 3+ years Power Apps / Power Automate experience
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Access or comparable legacy database modernization experience
  • At least 2 relevant M365/SharePoint/Power Platform modernization projects
  • Experience designing relational data models in SharePoint Online
  • Experience performing application modernization from legacy databases
  • Experience with UAT, production deployment and technical documentation

The Government allows experience involving legacy Microsoft Access or comparable systems migrated to Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform; 

 

Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online and Power Platform Solution Architect/Developer to support modernization of a legacy Microsoft Access 2003 inventory and warehouse management application into Microsoft 365. The resource will analyze and reverse-engineer the legacy Access application, design a scalable SharePoint Online data architecture, develop Power Apps interfaces and Power Automate workflows, configure document libraries and role-based permissions, implement approval routing and transaction logging, support automated document generation and archival, create synthetic test data, support UAT and remediation, develop migration guidance, and provide as-built documentation and knowledge transfer.

 

Required Skills:

Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, relational database/data modeling, SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries, workflow automation, permission/security configuration, data migration, audit logging, document generation, UAT/testing, technical documentation and user/developer training.

 

Certification:

Current Microsoft 365 role-based certification demonstrating SharePoint Online administration or solution-support capability; MS-102 preferred. Relevant legacy SharePoint certifications may be considered.

PL-200 and/or PL-400 strongly preferred as supplemental Power Platform certifications.

Equivalent documented Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online technical experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
