Requirement

The Ciient is Seeking an Oracle Access Governance (OAG) Consultant/Lead to provide technical and functional leadership for identity governance and application security.

Design and orchestrate identity integrations between Workday, OAG, Oracle Fusion, and Active Directory, including attribute sourcing and identity lifecycle management.
Configure connectors, REST APIs, provisioning/deprovisioning, role assignments, access approvals, and identity reconciliation.
Support SoD, risk management, access policies, role governance, and compliance controls within OAG.
Advise on ServiceNow integration for access requests, role assignments, removals, and identity approval workflows.
Coordinate with implementation partners and cross-functional teams, providing architecture guidance and stakeholder leadership across Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Beeline.
