Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Veeva CRM, Business Analysis, and Project Management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, lead requirements gathering, support CRM enhancements, and drive end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and functional analysis.

• Configure, enhance, troubleshoot, and support Veeva CRM solutions.

• Understand pharmaceutical commercial processes, including territory management, call reporting, account management, and product detailing.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate with development, QA, business, and vendor teams.

• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and status reporting.

• Lead UAT coordination, defect management, and business sign-off.

• Support integrations, data migration, releases, and deployments.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on or techno-functional experience with Veeva CRM.

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.

• Proven Business Analyst experience, including requirements documentation and UAT.

• Project delivery or project management experience.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce CRM and Veeva integrations.

• Veeva Vault.

• Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

• Pharmaceutical compliance and regulated environments.
