Job Title: Salesforce IT Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams, manage project schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, establish priorities, and align project goals with business needs.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, and business analysts.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Coordinate end-user training, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.

• Maintain project plans, technical documentation, meeting notes, and user reference guides.

• Support Salesforce data migration, system integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of IT project management experience.

• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through completion.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and SDLC processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
