Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects in a remote working environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and issues and assist with timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Organize meetings and follow up on action items.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Previous project management or project coordination experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
