SG Fleet 2027 Internship Program - Voice of Customer

SG Fleet provides fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary-packaging services. The intern analyses survey responses, complaints and online reviews to identify customer-experience themes. Responsibilities include AI-assisted feedback analysis, customer-insight reports, dashboards and monitoring experience metrics. Applicants need strong Excel, analytical and critical-thinking skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information. This paid, six-month internship begins in February 2027 and includes industry mentoring and work on live projects. Candidates must be final-year undergraduates in 2027 and hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship with full working rights. The placement starts at Pymble in Sydney, with the employers' advert stating an office move to North Sydney in April 2027.
