Position: Oracle Program Manager

Location: Collierville, TN (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract To Hire

Rate: $55-$62/Hr

• Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of ERP program and/or project management experience, including demonstrated ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Project management and/or hands on experience with the following technologies: Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Integrations via Oracle Cloud Integration Service, Mulesoft or equivalent
• Analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Oracle Cloud Analytics or equivalent
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, JDE)
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Wrike (preferred), Jira (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (PMP, PGMP, PMI-ACP)
• Oracle Cloud Project Management Professional, and/or other Oracle Cloud certifications
• Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM updates
• Experience in Wholesale, Retail, and/or Distribution Warehousing
