The Role • Manage the renewals lifecycle for client accounts, including administrative tasks and preparation of renewal documentation. • Prepare submissions to insurers and negotiate premiums with underwriters. • Process policy adjustments and prepare client reports. • Partner with colleagues to ensure accurate client data and timely system entries. • Liaise with insurers to resolve policy queries and confirm cover. What You'll Need • Experience as an Account Manager, ideally with mid-corporate and corporate manufacturing/construction clients. • Good understanding of customer service, negotiation, broking, and market awareness. • Familiarity with FCA regulatory rules and guidelines. • Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet targets within a regulated framework. • Strong communication, analytical, and attention to detail skills. • Proficiency in MS Office.
