About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the successful delivery multiple client projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in strengthening commercial relationships while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. If you're an experienced project manager with a passion for driving results, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Project Planning & Risk Management: Utilise Celestras project management standards and tools (including Kronus methodology) to establish clear timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.

Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and monitor P&L accounts to ensure financial goals are met. Oversee invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present status reports for clients and stakeholders, detailing project performance, financial health, and any potential risks.

Resource Coordination: Prioritise and allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and timely delivery.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance delivery speed and quality.

Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client portfolios and to drive new business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of all client projects.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in project delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

Experienced Project Manager: A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors. You will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project success.

Strong Relationship Builder: You excel in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, particularly with senior-level clients, and can navigate complex client needs with ease.

Problem Solver: You have a "can-do" attitude and are able to proactively address challenges, providing creative solutions that ensure successful project outcomes.

Financially Savvy: Proven ability to manage budgets, ensure profitability, and maintain financial health throughout project delivery.

Technically Proficient: A solid understanding of IT solutions, especially EPoS implementations, with the ability to lead technology-driven projects.

Leader: You have experience leading both office-based and remote teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance across multiple projects.

Results-Oriented: You are driven by results, focused on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Travel Willingness: Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required to support project delivery and client needs.
