SEN / SEND Tutor | Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with schools and local authorities to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Plan lessons, report on progress, and provide regular feedback to students.
• Make a tangible difference in the lives of young people by raising the standard of education.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
