The Role

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations.
• Oversee key merchandising initiatives including category resets, new item cut-ins, stocking, audits, and data collection.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high on-time project execution rates and achieve financial targets.
• Manage district costs and cultivate a flexible labor pool to meet business demands.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field, or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or field operations management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear instruction and feedback.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with web-based reporting and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the district.
