Project Manager to support EPM expanded scope

This project manager will be responsible for owning and managing the EPM workstream.

They will manage a team of onshore and offshore Oracle team members, as well as be responsible for managing client communication and updates.

This work should only take about 10 hours a week.

The other 30 hours a week will be dedicated to supporting the overall ERP/HCM implementation by managing the projects testing cycles, as well as doing various delegated tasks to support the team.

Project overview: Switch is implementing ERP/HCM and CX modules over the next 1.5 years.

Risk to project, if declined:

The PMO does not have any experience or knowledge of EPM, and they are all already heavily billing more than planned with no additional capacity.

Without this person, we will see added risk and likely timeline slippage
