Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking one or two Identity Security Analysts to supplement the Identity Security team with day-to-day ticket work and access-related tasks. The analysts will support identity and access management (IAM) operations, assist with investigations and reporting, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day identity and access requests through ticketing and work management systems.
  • Assist with user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews.
  • Help manage directory services, including Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Support access-related incidents, investigations, and data analysis.
  • Identify manual or repetitive tasks and help improve processes through scripting and automation.
  • Review user access and activity data across IT and OT systems to support audits and investigations.
  • Identify manual or repetitive tasks and help improve processes through scripting and automation.
  • Prepare basic reports or dashboards using IAM data to support security and compliance activities.
  • Assist with security and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams; participate in on-call rotations as needed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or security operations, including hands-on analyst and ticket-management work.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, PAM, and access management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell/Bash or Python or AI tools, with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and organize data for reporting and investigations.
  • Experience supporting access reviews, audits, or compliance activities, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Basic understanding of security tools, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Experience with physical access systems, including badge and security-permission administration.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic familiarity with IT and OT environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for improving security operations.
  • Nice-to-Have: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or an entry-level cybersecurity/IAM certification).
