Job Description

Oracle Analytics and Reporting Architect

12-month Contract

600 -700 Inside IR35

2 days onsite - London

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the modernisation of a legacy Microsoft Access reporting environment. The role will focus on migrating Access databases, VBA and reporting processes into scalable Oracle Analytics, BI Publisher and Python-based solutions.

Key Requirements

Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience.
OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) and BI Publisher expertise.
Python automation and reporting development.
Experience migrating Microsoft Access and VBA applications.
Reporting, performance tuning and enterprise data architecture experience.
Financial services background preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and document existing Access reporting solutions.
Design and deliver target state reporting architecture.
Build Oracle, OAS, BI Publisher and Python reporting solutions.
Automate reporting processes and data extraction.
Lead testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.
